Book Review - MISSION TRIP by John Theo Jr.

This is a really well-written Christian speculative fiction (science fiction). If you like tension, mystery, and sci-fi that's entirely clean, you'll love this one.

After the nearly complete degeneration of morals and human decency took over the entire earth in The Great Wars, scientists created an underwater bubble of safety for those who desired a Christian lifestyle and freedom from the despots determined to destroy Christianity from the entire earth.

Life topside has become a dog-eat-dog jungle of humanity with a few small villages that have established a primitive but honest lifestyle. Landon Faison lost his leg and his wife in the last attempted mission trip to share their faith and their resources. His son has grown up to be a doctor and scientist, a Christian respected and revered by the underwater community of 250,000. Or at least most of them.

Like the Plymouth colony which had begun life as a religious settlement, over the years a few bad apples had surfaced. Another mission trip is planned, his son at the head of it. Landon tries to talk his small country and his son out of the notion, but the push is greater than the resistance.

Available from Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Well worth the coins!

I was given a free book by the author, but my opinions are my own.
