Hi. It's been a while, but yes, I'm still amongst the living. I've not been writing a lot. I've neglected the Monday Morning Devo and the Saturday Sermonette, and barely get the weekly Book Reviews up--sometimes. Those of you reading this--thank you for hanging in there, waiting for something that (who knows?) has maybe been lost in the deep dark woods for good.

I can't tell you why. It's been a struggle getting back into writing. Not sure it's been writers' block or just plain ol' everyday laziness.

There. It's out. The confession, that is.

I want to write, but I want it to be easy.

Are there more? I don't know. I'm asking you to pray for me. And as you pray for me, I'm praying for you. I pray that God will fill you with His Gifts so that you may bless others in His Name and for His sake. The writing gift (exhortation) is no more important than the gifts of hugging or giving or listening, and Lord, I ask that You give each of us the gift that is needed to bless You and to bless this hungry, hurting world. In Jesus's Name, Amen.
