Book Review - A LITTLE LOWER THAN THE ANGELS by Caryl McAdoo

Caryl McAdoo has created a story of what happens after Cain kills Abel. While the work is imagination, the basic story is there too. I believe you'll enjoy it--I did.

You would think the story would be about Adam, Eve, and Cain, and you'd be partly right. They're all there, along with Adam and Eve's daughter, Sheriah. Oh--you never heard of Sheriah? And then there's the angel who keeps Abel company  in Paradise after Abel's demise. The angel's name is Namrel, and he keeps Abel informed about what's going on with his family.

By the time I finished the book I had a lot of questions, and Caryl kindly put scripture references and explanations of her conclusions in the back. Her love for God and reverence for the Bible is evident.

I have to admit there are theological things I still question--but you know what? It's just one more reason I'd love to get together with this lovely author and chat!

This and other titles by Caryl McAdoo are available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
