Monday Morning Devo - When Morning Comes
Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning. Psalm 30:5b
Sometimes the days seem too heavy for me, and my miss my beloved more than I can stand; but then I remember: Joy comes in the morning. I remember, morning is coming. Meanwhile I also remember that Jesus is with me, mourning right alongside me, weeping with me and laughing when I'm merrier. What a precious, empathetic God we have!
Lord, I love You for Your understanding and care. You provide all that I need to go one more day, one more night, and wait for the morning. Thank You. Amen.
