Goodness me, this book nearly sent me to the cardiologist! Murder mystery, inspirational romance, or romantic suspense. Take your pick. It's all good.
Widow Lauren Grace Halloren didn't ever intend to go back to her hometown, Evelynton, Indiana, but her aunt willed her a house and Lauren was near homeless and hopeless. Along with the house came an avacado-green 1975 Chrysler New Yorker station wagon, one very scary neighbor who shoots his shotgun at prowlers, and some very nice ones who don't even own guns.
