Book Review - LAVENDER FIELDS INN by June Foster

The lovely lady who wrote this book shines through her Christian romance books. I can hear her voice in the writing and sense her heart in the story. I think you'll like this one!

Wren Tabor had just broken off with a cheating boyfriend, so she and a girlfriend (Johanna) decide to spend a week at a Rocky Mountain resort, Lavender Fields Inn. It's a good place to lose your troubles--lovely pines, cedars, and blue spruce line hiking trails, even though there are bears pursuing her through the darkness. Okay, not a bear, only the groundskeeper.

Graham Meier chooses the same time period to come to the Inn, but he's aiming at winning the fishing tournament on the lake there. Somehow, he has to show his father he excels at something over his twin brother, Greg. If only he can win this tournament.... But then he runs into the girl of his dreams, literally. The girl he's been dreaming about slams into him trying to escape a bear.

You get the picture, or at least the beginning of it. Grab a copy from Amazon and sit back for a cozy read by the fire,.
