A Tidbit

I lectured a friend yesterday about respecting oneself. I told her, it's like having a child. Sometimes you sacrifice your precious time, your favorite piece of the turkey, buying a beautiful new outfit for yourself--just so your child can have something he or she needs. If you respect yourself, you will feed yourself foods that are healthy, take yourself for a walk, read things that beneficial to your body and soul. Then I realized I was lecturing myself.
